Good morning everyone!
I apologize for my lack of updates over the weekend. I truly had an enjoyable weekend filled with trips to Lakeland for shopping (well I did more window shopping) with one of my best girl friends on Saturday, and then again on Sunday with Ross; grocery shopping; church; and just overall fun with my hubby.
I did another 3 mile jog last night with the hubs (he is so wonderfully supportive – thank you honey!). However, food-wise I was pretty boring. For some reason my appetite has been WAY down the past 5 days or so, in an absurd way.
So while I try to get myself back on track, I would appreciate your help! If you could quickly take this poll and let me know how you think my blog can improve, it would help me a lot!
Thank you so much, everyone! Sorry for such a short post after a couple days of no posting, but I have a busy day ahead of me! Things on my agenda today:
- Quick stength training and core workout
- Dr. appointment
- Putting job applications in at various stores I pass on my errands (I’m desperate!)
- Bank
- Laundry
- STUDY for nutrition certification (I am behind!)
Not the most interesting, but I know I’ll be busy! Thanks again for your help on the poll!
Love,
LC

no worries girlie!! Live ya life
And good luck at the stores- i’m doing that too, and restaurants!
Wow, busy day! Good luck
Where are you getting your nutrition certificate from? Good luck with the job hunting!!
haha Caroline I love you, you're so sweet! If nothing comes from any of these stores and such, I think restaurants will be on my list later this week!
K – I'm getting my certificate to be a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates. A link can be found here: http://www.afpafitness.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_5. I think it is a great introduction to nutrition. Not sure if I'll be able to use this for any type of job, but it's been a great introduction. I didn't want to go back to school to become an R.D. and spend all that time/ $$ without knowing if that was for sure what I wanted to do.
