Sorry to hear about places not hiring. I am quite surprised too, seeing that they would most likely need people with the flood of the holiday season. Oh well. Good luck with that!

Ry – Thanks! Def. look into a Misto. For me it definitely cuts down on oil usage a lot when cooking. (You could also just use it for canola oil or something for coating baking dishes, and never have to buy PAM again!)

OKAY- last post I promise But I just read your OLD post from when you talked about your job struggle after graduating, and your decision to pursue your nutrition certification. That was really what I needed right now, especially with your reliance on faith that I relate to so much. Hi Lindsey! Loved reading two of your posts today I really want a Misto…you talk about yours so much! I usually end up tossing everything in a bag with EVOO but I bet a Misto would cut down on the amount I use. Hmm…Evan, are you reading this? hehe.

Your dinner looks so so good! I’m not a huge broccoli fan but maybe I will try making it this way and see how it goes.

Well, Mrs. LC you have done it again! DIVINE! Everything about your blog, I adore so much, but your recipes and meals are always so gorgeous! (As are youuu)

I lerrrve CHobani! It’s my absolute FAVORITE greek yogurt! When I received samples they were pretty messed up from the trip, and were watery and not very good. BUT OMG I AM OBSESSED NOW! The peach and strawberry are great (I really only eat the yogurt out of them though… whoops! hehe), and the PLAIN! My shoprite is the only store that carries the plain 0% and it’s ALWAYS sold out in the indivs (maybe bc it’s a DOLLAR right now), but I bought a 16 oz tub today and I’m STOKED! The 2% plain is UNREAL. KNOCKS 2% Fage’s shit out of the water (I’m totes a classy mama.)
