Happy Friday! I know back when I began this blog I used to do a Freebie Friday, until I ran out of freebies. Well, in honor of my old Freebie Friday, I’m bringing many chances for you to win in giveaways today!

I have recently been coming across many of blogs who are offering various contests. I thought I’d share a few with y’all.

Amy at Mom Advice is currently hosting a contest sponsored by Nickelodeon and Walmart where you can win a $500 Walmart gift card if you share some of your best holiday money saving tips! Want to know one of my tips? Use your HANDS and use what you already HAVE to create gifts that people will know truly came from the heart. Some such gifts include seasoned salt, vanilla sugar, baked goods, peppermint bark, homemade cards, homemade granola, etc. If you’re someone who is skilled with sewing and/ or knitting, you can make scarfs, holiday placemats, etc. All for relatively low to no cost! Pillsbury currently has a Make America Sweeter contest. Go and share a story of how you’re making America sweeter with Pillsbury baking products and you could win a $5,000 check and also have a $5,000 donation made to Feeding America in your honor. (Entries must be made by 12/31/2008 by 11:59 pm, EST).

Freebies 4 Mom is giving away a $100 Home Depot gift card! This could be used perfectly with replacing all the lightbulbs, shower heads, etc., with more energy-efficient, green-friendly alternatives! Or as a great Christmas present to that man in your life who loves Home Depot! (Hurry, this giveaway ends tonight, December 12th at 12:00 minight, CST).
