In honor of the first day of Spring and it being a FRIDAY, I have two variations of a green smoothie for ya:
2 c. baby spinach, 1/2 c. frozen pineapple, 4-5 chunks frozen mango, 1 T. ground golden flax, handful of ice, splash of coconut water, and enough water to reach desired consistency.
The POM juice definitely made the smoothie darker! I really enjoyed both of these smoothies, but I think I loved the first one more. The coconut water adds such a refreshing taste to this smoothie!! Plus I love the vibrant green color!!
