Busy, busy! I hate this time of the month, because I’m hit with daily headaches! Which means this morning I woke up with an awful headache, and had to pop some advil and lay right back down. But it’s peachy, I feel great now, just running a bit late!
Luckily I’m meeting with a few different people/ companies this morning, so I have a little bit more time. Still, I’m gonna breeze right through this!
Last night I had this fake-shake to appease my sweet tooth. This contained 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/2 scoop chocolate soy protein powder, 4 strawberries, ice, and a few mini chocolate chips on top.
Lunch: Romaine/ spinach salad with 1/4 avocado, red bell pepper, cucumber, 1 carrot, shredded chicken, a few black olives, and a tiny bit of shredded mozzarella. Homemade spelt tortilla chips (plain), a gala apple, and a Kashi Caramel Peanut Roll bar for other lunch components and snacks/ pre-workout snacks.
