Hi Amy.

Two words: long. day. But my kitchen is now spotless and put back together. Psh, forget spotless, that sucker’s shining!! As well it should: 2 sweeping rounds, 1 dry swiffer, 1 wet swiffer, 1 hot & sudsy hands and knees scrubbing, 1 more wet swiffer. Whew. Repeat in bathroom. That’s now spotless too, although I’m still working on re-organizing it. (someone *coughwallpapermancough* dumped the contents of my neat and organized medicine cabinet on the floor – thanks).

So, because of all this (and the fact my husband didn’t get home until half an hour ago), I dined at Amy’s tonight. She made Mushroom & Olive Pizza.

Honestly? Just okay. I had to add dried oregano and red pepper flakes. I really missed the huge flavor of the roasted veggie, no-cheese Amy’s though. There’s always next time (during September’s Vegan Challenge Month!).

Well my beauties, I’m off for the evening. Well, not off. I have a mountain of laundry screaming at me, but luckily Ross can help fold. :)

The roasted veggie one is too good to be true! Sorry this one wasn't that great :(

Glad you got everything put back together – I'd be P.O.ed if someone dumped everything out!

I like the Amy's pizzas but I can't help but feeling like I would enjoy it more if I made it myself.

I'm sure you are so happy to have that icky wallpaper down!
