Lunch looks like a repeat of a carb-wench meal, but it’s not! Hooray for “pasta” that’s actually a vegetable!!!
Lunch was a WW Arnold’s Thin with Monterey Jack “Cheese” (vegan, no casein or anything) and sprouts, with some leftover spaghetti squash and sauce/ veggies from last night. Such a good lunch, and it was good to get my veggies in some other way than just a side salad or carrot sticks
Question for you all – I am working on a piece about birth control that will go up tomorrow. Do you have any stories about birth control and how it has affected you?
