		<description>I love strength training.  I do Body Pump a few times a week and have been pleased to notice what a difference it has made.  Strength training options are endless and it&#039;s especially great when they can be done in front of the tv.</description>

		<description>I like strength training but HATE doing it at the gym.  I don&#039;t like the environment and the equipment at my gym.  For the past few nights I&#039;ve done some strength training at home and am enjoying it so much more!  I can play around with what I do and just change it up.  I think this is going to help me a lot, especially with a Thursday toning class.</description>

Invest in a wide range of dumbellz if u can&#039;t afford gym memebership. For now I keep memebership because my asthma doesn&#039;t allow me to workout outside in the heart of winter or the suffocating summer heat. Thankfully I can justify $33/mo for gym</description>
