Welcome to Sound Eats! I am so exciting for today to finally be here. Months of off and on preparation have led to this, with lots of frustration, sweat, tears and new knowledge of everything html and beyond.
Who am I and what are you doing here? For more information on me, check out some of pages above, particularly about me. Most of you have probably followed me over from my old blog – Life According to Mrs. LC. This new and improved blog has been in the works for a long time. I’ve been blogging almost a year, and I realized months ago that I wanted a more focused blog, I wanted to move my blog to wordpress, I wanted a self-hosted blog and I needed my own domain name. Enter: Sound Eats.
What you’ll find here is mostly the same as what you’ve seen before. This is a healthy living and food blog, so you’ll see posts depicting my daily eats, exercise, life and more. Cooking and baking hold a huge place in my heart, so you’ll also find plenty of creative, healthy recipes. (Many of these recipes will also be vegan).
If you’re new here (or even if you’re not) check out some of the pages at the top – everthing is new (popular posts, welcome, q&a) and improved (about me, recipes). Like the site? Most of what you see was done by myself. Ryan assisted with some technical issues, and of course my husband, Ross, apparently doubles as my personal webmaster. 
I in no way can claim that I designed the beautiful header myself, though. That was done by my sweet friend from high school, Abby, who actually went to college for a degree in Illustration, and is doing great things with her life now. If you’re interested in a new-and-improved header or design yourself, you can reach Abby through her website, A.H. Marie – Illustrator.
