Today is such a beautiful day and I am absolutely bursting with positive energy. 
What better to go with a beautiful day than a beautiful SIAB? (Smoothie in a Bowl, ala Kath‘s terminology).
This beautiful bowl contained frozen mango, vanilla rice milk, spinach, ice, chocolate brown rice protein powder and a splash of unsweetened iced green tea (ooh maybe that’s why I feel full of positive energy right now?). And I mustn’t forget about the homemade granola on top. Despite it being a tad overdone, the granola always makes the SIAB.
What are your favorite things to do on beautiful days?
Me? I love going for long walks in beautiful weather, and I also love sitting outside with a good book and a gentle breeze all around me. That’s a beautiful day right there.
I also love to vote for myself to get an awesome dream job. You should try it out, it’s pretty fun. 
Hmmm, yeah, definitely taking a walk with someone I love or by myself (while listening to music). Also, taking photos.
