Hey guys! No word from me earlier in the day because things were as dull as my current hair. No worries, just got a new shampoo that will hopefully breathe some life into my golden locks.
Breakfast was super lame because grocery shopping had not yet occurred – flax flakes with cinnamon and rice milk.

While we were out and about we hit up Chipotle for some “linner”. (Please don’t tell me I’m the only one that jokingly calls it Chipoddle – Ross thinks I’m psycho…). I had a vegan burrito – tortilla, very light rice, black beans, lettuce, salsa, corn salsa, guac. We also split a drink and some chips and guac. I have SO much guac leftover for salads and sandwiches now! And yes – Ross and I shared a regular soda. Soda for me is one of those things that if I’m going to splurge and have some (which is very, very, very infrequently) it will usually be the real deal. I am very sensitive to sugar substitutes and hate how they taste and how they give me headaches afterward.

Post Chipoddle I hit up my favorite bargain stores. Reason number 292,736,928,465,983,746 I love Ross Dress for Less: $118 dress for $24.99. Score.

Then I had a personal shopping tour of Old Navy! Not really, but there were maybe two other customers there since the UF game had started on TV. I’ll say it again – I LOVE going out around Gainesville when there’s a UF game on.
I struck bargain-gold here, too. I got this cute 3/4 length sleeve shirt for dirt cheap. (Sorry for the blurry pic).

The shirt was originally $29.50. It was on clearance for $13.49. All their clearance is currently selling for an additional 50% off. PLUS since there was a defect/ it was a “damaged” shirt there was another 50% off of that! The defect was that this “belt” was broken (is it just me or does this belt look like a piece of string?) – the shirt looks a lot better without it, anyway.

After all that, the shirt was $3.60. PLUS Ross found a dollar on the floor at Old Navy, so really I walked out of Old Navy only dropping $2.60.
I’m currently accepting students who wish to learn my bargain hunting ways.
Thank you all so much for continuing to vote for me to get in the Top 20 for the Good Mood Gig. If I can get in it will be very tight, but I still KNOW it’s possible! Please spread the word and ask your family and friends to vote, too! Unfortunatey I wasn’t really kidding when I told my little brother-in-law that I need this gig in order to afford to get Christmas presents for my family this year.
Don’t forget to vote for the other ladies while you’re at it! Thank you!!
