Ariel from GoodBelly saw my review of the Mango GoodBelly Plus this morning, and she wanted me to let you all know that GoodBelly has a 12 Day Challenge, fully guaranteed. Basically if GoodBelly doesn’t improve your digestive system within 12 days they will fully refund you. What an awesome deal! If you’ve thought about trying out GoodBelly, here are some reasons I think you should:
- Both the GoodBelly cartons and the GoodBelly Plus have four servings and both sell for $3.99 at my local Fresh Market. For $1 per serving you are getting 20 billion live and active cultures.
- For anyone, particularly vegans, this is a great way to get some healthy bacteria.
- One serving is cheaper than a serving of Kombucha or a serving of Greek yogurt.
- At 50 calories (GoodBelly Plus) and 100 calories (GoodBelly cartons) per serving, you get a lot of healthy bacteria and essential vitamins and nutrients for a small caloric buck.
- It tastes yummy.
I should also let you know that I was not given GoodBelly to sample and review, and am definitely not being compensated for these reviews. While I never turn down free goods (heck, I’m unemployed!), I purchased GoodBelly all on my own free will and my own dollar.
Let me know if you try it out and what your thoughts are!
Lunch today was another stirfry of chickpeas, spinach, roasted kabocha and some Earth Balance and oregano. Simple, warming and comforting.(Have you noticed yet that whenever I have a dish of veggies I just call it a stirfry?)

I was really craving a comforting meal because I’ve been all sorts of anxious today. I’ve been waiting for a phone call about an appointment I had recently, and let’s just say patience isn’t my strongest virtue.
I’m the kind of person that the longer the waiting game goes on, the more I jump everytime my phone rings/ gets a text message.
What are some things you do to ease anxiousness and/ or distract yourself? Some things I do:
- clean and re-organize like a mad woman! (current project: kitchen)
- baking therapy (thinking of making vegan funfetti cupcakes later today)
- yoga (on the agenda
) - run (possible if it’s not raining later)
Thank you again so much for voting! Keep it up! Maybe I should hose some sort of giveaway for whoever can get me the most votes and get me into the top 20.

Ugh, I hate waiting too, especially with something like that. Hang in there! I haven’t tried Good Belly but I will have to look for it soon. I went vegan October 1st so I need all the tips I can get

As long as you have call waiting, call a friend or family member…I talk to my mom on my commute every day and it helps it go by so much quicker! Sending good vibes your way for good news!
Keep posting those recipes lady, you are helping me figure out how to get in all my veggies!!
I’m not very patient either. Exercising or watching a movie/tv show usually works for me!
Awww, sweet girl, I’m sorry you had to wait with high nerves today. I know how you feel. I am wating my MRI results and my sister is waiting for some really scary results of her Kidney Scan. Ugh, waiting is the worst part, but everything is in God’s hands!
