Happy Friday! Despite sleeping absolutely terribly the first few hours last night, I got a few good hours under my belt. Mornings like these make me break out the strong green tea.:)
My breakfast this morning was probably one of the most no-fuss vegan meals ever. Vegan cereal (Quaker Oatmeal Squares in this case) with plain almond milk. Check out your favorite cereals next time you’re in the store – you may be surprised by whether or not they are vegan (no dairy, meat, egg).

This morning I’m starting a new plan of action for myself and my water consumption. I’ve realized that I’m not getting as much water as I need, and when I felt one glass of wine immediately last night it made me realize just how bad I’ve been about my water intake.
My plan is really quite easy. Every two hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM I’m going to have an eight-ounce glass of water. This seems so easy and from this alone I’ll get 56 ounces of water. Typically I also have more glasses of water right when I wake up and immediately before and after working out (sometimes during a workout too). I have a feeling my daily eight glasses is going to be much easier now!

Now I need to get moving on my Friday! To do:
- jog and strength training
- Tidy up house before leaving for the weekend
- fold laundry! (this is mine and Ross’ most despised chore – this is definitely my intentional giving for the day!)
- pack for the weekend in Sarasota (another intentional giving, since I plan on doing Ross’ too)
- RSVP for work anniversary event
- Pick up a couple movies from Redbox
Can’t wait to see my parents this weekend!

Dude I have the same issue with drinking water. I’m pretty good in the beginning of the day, but as the day goes on I just forget about it. I usually end up feeling dehydrated by evening. Good idea to drink every two hours! I’m going to try that too!
Water drinking usually isn’t a problem for me. I love water and don’t drink much else (well, until the evening
). I have a 24oz bottle and aim to drink 5 of them by 6pm. I am very active though. It makes me feel so much better!
Drinking plenty of water makes me feel good, too. Much better. When I don’t drink enough I tend to feel almost lethargic. You have a good plan there!

I’m going to do the dishes for my husband today. It’s actually not his least favorite but I HATE it. I figure he’ll appreciate that I did my hated chore! Thanks for giving me the idea!
I need to join in on your water drinking challenge. I am REALLY bad at drinking water. Some days I crave it, others I don’t want anything to do with it.

Good luck with your challenge and your list! Laundry and dishes are my least favorite things to do. We don’t have a dishwasher so it’s all by hand!
I try to drink 2 32 ounce jugs (refillable) of water per day. Doesn’t always work out though. I need to go refill now
