Now the winner was hard to choose, because as you can see they had some great competition. I enlisted the help of my husband, and he and I went back and forth over all the entries. We finally decided on one of the savory dishes, one that sounded amazing, looked beautiful, and is perfect with our current fall flavors. I may even stick this in my “possible recipes for Thanksgiving sides” folder!
Without further delay, the winner is Abby with her Autumn Couscous with Cranberries, Raisins, and Butternut Squash!
Congrats Abby, it looks amazing! Send me an email at lindsey at soundeats.com and I will get your prize out to you.
Thank you to everyone who entered, there were many great entries and we had a hard time choosing the winner. I encourage everyone to check out and try out their recipes for themselves!
Now head on over to visit Julie (at her new domain name – www.savvyeat.com — eat, not eats plural!) who will be hosting this week’s BSI. Can’t see what ingredient she chooses!
