New Day

Good morning! I apologize for no post yesterday and for no warning! Yesterday was the first day that I didn’t blog in I don’t know how long! It was a busy day and actually one of those days where one unpleasant thing after another keeps happening. I was just cranky by the end of the day, and I didn’t want to subject you all to that. One good thing: I got to play with cute babies! 6 month old twin boys actually, and one sported a natural mohawk. One bad thing: when we got home last night I realized I forgot our bag of nonperishable goods from Whole Foods.

I fell asleep before 10:00 and woke up shortly after 6:00, so I’m now well rested and ready to tackle this brand new day (which also happens to be my first day of work at my new job!).

What better way to start such an exciting day than with pumpkin oats?

I also have recently become interested in coffee. I have always loved the smell of coffee but thought I hated how it tasted. Not so much! Coffee with some coconut creamer in the new cup and saucer my mother-in-law gave me when I saw it hadn’t sold in the yard sale. I love it! It reminds me of Infusion Tea and how they serve everything in glass cups and on glass plates.

Here’s the creamer: So Delicious French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer. It’s pretty good! Fortunately even though I left the majority of stuff behind in Orlando, I did remember a few things I kept in the fridge and freezer, this being one of them.

Now I must keep going on my quest to obtain a new routine! Today:

• breakfast
• blog
• gym
• Publix for a few veggies
• prep chili for crock pot dinner
• shower/ dress
• lunch
• blog
• leave for work by 11:30!
