Hey friends – sorry for no post last night and a pansy post this morning. SO BUSY! I was supposed to get off work around 1:00 yesterday and left almost four hours later…downhill from there! I have three Thanksgiving dishes done/ in the oven though, so it’s been productive! Now I just need to PACK! I’ll be sure to post later on today before we leave – lots to recap on, and if you’re nice I may even give you the recipe for the butternut squash puree (!!!) and the vegan green bean casserole I just made (double !!!!). 
Time to shower, pack and head to work for a couple hours! See you later friends!

P.S. Posting will be sporadic while I’m in Alabama. Neither of Ross’ grandparents have internet, so I’m going to try to roam the planet for free wifi once a day.
