		<description>im excited for the weekly reviews - i know quite a few people who have done P90X and everyone seems to love it!  

i agree with you on the nutrition plan, too.  And I think that different diets work for different people for different reasons as well. and by diet i mean, what you eat, not restrictions.</description>

		<description>good luck! i did the p90x doubles program from june-sept 09. it was great! i didnt lose weight, but i lost about 5 inches and gained lots of muscle! i also was my leanest ever, so dont be discouraged when you weigh yourself. i actually didnt weigh myself at all the 90 days. i didnt follow the meals, but i tried sticking to the calorie requirements and the protein/carb/fat % as best i could. good luck! i cant wait to hear how you like it! i loved it!</description>

It&#039;s seriously affordable if you do it through ioffer...how much were the Gasparilla races you were going to do? It&#039;s probably actually a pretty equal trade off. :)</description>

		<description>I&#039;m definitely balancing pushing myself but not killing myself. I know what I can and can&#039;t do, and (particularly for the weights workouts) I start a little &quot;under&quot;, just to make sure I know what I&#039;m doing/ it&#039;s nothing I can&#039;t handle. i.e. yesterday I did most of the push ups &quot;girly style&quot; and I also used a resistance band instead of actual pull ups. Next week I&#039;ll use a chair and do assisted pull ups. :)
