		<description>I know this is an old post but i completely agree about Ab Ripper X! I hated doing it after my workout, I was so happy that I made it through and then Tony comes back with &quot;Not Ab Ripper 100 or 200, but Ab Ripper 339!!&quot;  Ah, it killed me, especially crunchy frog!  I would sometimes just do Ab Ripper before the workout or just later in the day!</description>

		<description>Thanks for the review! I&#039;ve seen the infomercials for P90X a million times and it always *scared* me, haha. It just looks so difficult! But it&#039;s good to know that it&#039;s actually do-able. I think it&#039;s smart that you&#039;re switching it up to fit your needs, i.e. doing the cardio instead of yoga and doing abs first. I&#039;m the same way with abs - after a long workout the LAST thing I want to do is abs!
