definitely! And request that they offer the whole wheat/ whole grain dough too - that one is SO good, but they didn't have it that night. It has wonderful grains and sunflower seeds in it - so chewy and delicious!

Hahaha no worries on the vegan cheese. This particular kind was soy based, but I have seen almond and cashew-based cheeses, although I'm not sure they're all vegan. This brand I used was Vegan Gourmet. A lot of soy cheeses will still have casein (milk protein) in them. There's a newer type of vegan cheese, daiya vegan cheese that I'd love to try but isn't by me yet. Maybe in NYC by you?

Also - those black olives I sliced myself, but I feel like I've seen canned sliced olives before? Right by regular olives?

I need to request that my Publix start carrying pre-made dough like this! Your calzone came out beautifully, as did the bagel sandwich. I agree, there is nothing as good as a juicy sweet pineapple. :)
