Hey friends! Apparently I’m awful at managing  my time when I get sucked into poor-quality, high-trash television so we better make this quick. I wasn’t hungry when I  woke up this morning so I did Yoga X first. Afterwards I had a portable meal I could take with me to work consisting of two favorites….
