Happy Birthday Mr. Sound Eats!

It’s a special day in the Sound Eats household! Today is the birthday of my awesome partner in life, my husband, my soulmate, my forever boyfriend, and Mr. Sound Eats himself. Ross turns 26 today!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSS!!!

Even though he was already at work this morning when I had breakfast, I had a celebratory super health nut chocolate shake in his honor.

Work whizzed by and then I was off to complete my whirlwind of an afternoon! After a few errands I came home for leftovers for lunch: leftover polenta pizza and lentils.

I think it would have been tastier this time around had I added more marinara to it. The lentils were too dry.

Anddd I’m off! I’ve been scrambling around trying to get some sort of birthday dinner and evening ready for Ross tonight. We had plans for grabbing something out and seeing a movie with one of his coworkers who shares his birthday tonight, but unfortunately those fell through. Super Wife to save the day!!!
