You really are a vegan super wife! Luckily, my boyfriend is vegan so I don’t have to worry about making non-vegan food for him. Looks like you did a great job in selecting and preparing all of that birthday food. That crostini appetizer looks amazing too.
As far as P90X goes, kenpo is one of my favorite workouts. It’s really fun, isn’t it?

Your ice cream cake looks awesome and not too hard! I make my non-vegan boyfriend chicken for dinner in meals where I make tofu/other substitutes (I draw the line at red meat smell haha) and also remind him how lucky he is!

Hahaha! That is me every time I’ve gone to the meat department (like 5 times…mostly for family, never for us!) I’ve been a vegetarian since before I was cooking for myself, so I’ve only cooked meat like 3 times and I was very nervous and very grossed out. That was very sweet of you to embark on a “dream meal” for Ross for his birthday He is a lucky guy!
