Hey y’all! Sorry for abandoning you there over the weekend. I was just living life with my family, and it was wonderful. One day my family and I will all live in the same city again!
Since it would pointless to show everything I ate over the past few days, I’ll just show you the past couple meals.
My morning began with an AWESOME workout. Chest, Shoulders and Triceps from P90X, as well as Ap Ripper X. Definitely one of those workouts where you’re practically shaking at the end and you know that you rocked it and gave it your all. Love that!
One thing that I haven’t been loving lately is my mentality. I feel so wishy washy! At times I feel so in charge and in control, like I am doing all I can for my body and that I am noticing changes. Later in the day I feel so defeated and like I don’t notice any difference and I doubt that I will.
Just some reflections…
Anyway, lunch was brought to work since I ran low on time. I made an awesome salad of spinach, chickpeas and taboule that my mom and I had made over the weekend, complete with vegan feta!
I also snacked on a very juicy pear:
Dinner was enjoyed at sunset (can I tell you how wonderful it was for it to still be light out when I got off work tonight!?). We each had some leftover pizza from our weekend in Sarasota, so we warmed it up. Mine had a homemade whole wheat and sunflower seed dough with marinara, red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach and vegan cheeze (Vegan Gourmet brand).
I promise to resume normal posting tomorrow, starting with a butt-kicking giveaway in the AM! Time to go write and schedule the post right now.


I saw some vegan blue cheese at WF. I think it is great companies are doing this!!
