Nonfat “Refried” Beans
1 can of pinto beans, drained and rinse
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- a dash each of salt, paprika, and ground red pepper (red pepper adds some extra heat and is optional).
Combine everything in a food processor or blender until smooth! Perfect as is or warmed up in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
