
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax + 3 T. water (or 1 egg/ other egg substitute)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients. Fold in the raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet (I uses my silicone baking sheets) and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
