Welcome to Sound Eats and thanks for stopping by! If this is your first time here I encourage you to look around. Read all about me (Lindsey) and check out some frequently asked questions on my Q&A page.

Sound Eats is a healthy living blog where I focus on fueling my body with sound, wholesome eats to better enable me to live a sound and vibrant life! Plus, as a musician I couldn’t help but love the dual meaning of “sound”. (Yes, I’m pretty much always this cheesy). :D

My hope is that while visiting this page you can see by my daily eats and my Recipes that healthy food is by no means boring. I adore creating new recipes – to me it’s similar to the composition of a piece of music or the choreography that goes into a dance. Healthy, sound food can be just as gourmet and beautiful as any exquisite, calorie-laden dish out there. Wholesome food can belong right beside more decadent food in the intimate experiences of sharing a meal, different cultural practices of food, and the iconic images food present. In an everyday setting, homemade healthy food can be just as easy and inexpensive to prepare as take out or fast food.
